- Eligibility:
1.1 Products Eligible for Return: Most products purchased from Stopefy.com are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to, intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, personal care products, and perishable goods. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software, and customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return Process:
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email within the eligible return period. Provide them with your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

2.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product(s).
- Refunds and Store Credit:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or alternative product, please initiate a return as described in Section 2 above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
- Return Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees for items that do not meet our return criteria or have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
